Kung Fu Quiz (KFQ) is a youtube video quiz annotator; given a youtube video link, you can create quizzes which are overlaid on the youtube video itself. See the video below as an example:

In the example above, you are experiencing what we call “Feedback mode” where users of the KFQ will get immediate feedback on their response. You may also present this KFQ as a game complete with leaderboards (like Kahoot!) or as an assessment whereby only you will know the performance (and score) of the quiz takers. Below is a screenshot of what you can see after quiz takers have attempted your KFQ:
